Sweet Orange Moisturising Tallow Balm
I found that while going through the menopause my skin was starting to suffer, and I found that my usual go to moisturisers had either stopped working, or were making my skin feel worse, so after lots of research we came up with our Sweet Orange Tallow Balm.
Our tallow balm is made with just 5 ingrediants.
Tallow
Our tallow balm is made from beef tallow which contains a huge source of vitamins, this includes A, D, E & K plus essential fatty acids, like linoleic which are important for maintaining healthy skin.
Tallow balms fatty acid profile closely resembles human skin, which allows it for deep hydration and moisturising.
Tallow may aid in skin regeneration and repair, helping to repair dry skin.
Grapeseed Oil
Due to its high linoleic acid value grapeseed oil is perfect for retaining moisture in the skin. It is also packed with antioxidants, including Vitamin E & pycnogenol, which can help protect the skin from damage from free radicals,
It may also help to protect the skin against inflammation.
Vitamin E
Infused in sunflower oil, perfect for hydrating dry skin.
Beeswax
This is a natural wax produced by bees.
Beeswax has anti-inflammatory & anti-bacterial properties & is a natural water repellent, that does not clog pores.
Sweet Organic Orange Essential Oil
Anti-inflammatory properties may help to soothe irritated skin and reduce redness, and its high content of antioxidants, particularly vitamin C, helps combat free radicals that contribute to premature ageing.
Our tallow balms are gently whipped and made in small batches to retain freshness.
